Wella Trend Vision Winners
Sunday16th September saw hundreds from the hair industry flock to AucklandÂ’s historic Civic Theatre, to witness the countries finest battle it out in the Wella Trend Vision Finals.
Competitors from around the country were required to re-create their looks at the Wella Studios during the day and then present it to the panel of judges and industry crowd at the evening event.
Judged on the total look, the finalists had to show an understanding of the chosen trend; innovation and skill in hair colour work and styling; and mastery in fashion, accessorizing and staging.
The two gold medallistsÂ’ winning styles will take them all the way to Berlin in November, to compete in the International Trend Vision Award final against 72 other countries competing against 2,000 competitors for the World Trend Vision 09 title.
