Vans launch their first New Zealand concept store tomorrow, located in Westfield Newmarket. The go-to action sports brand has established itself globally with over 2,000 retail locations, and this addition will bring the complete range of Men’s, Women’s, and Youth collections to Auckland shoppers.
The brand was founded in 1966 and takes both an expressive and progressive approach to design that permeates youth culture. Vans original style answers the need for functional footwear and apparel that does not compromise on-trend style. Vans offer a range of iconic classics, new skate, and lifestyle footwear to customers. The flagship Newmarket store will boast the full range of footwear, apparel, and accessories, plus exclusive product.
To commemorate the store’s opening, Vans are joining forces with world-renowned artist Jason Woodside. Woodside will deliver three custom skateboard decks to be displayed between Thursday 10th and Sunday 13th of December as part of an in-store giveaway. The decks themselves are playful and vibrant, signatory of Woodside’s style with bold colours, patterns, and shapes. Vans knows that customers look to the brand for no-nonsense products that compliment an active lifestyle.
The first 25 customers to spend $150 in-store with Vans between Thursday 10th and Sunday 13th will receive a complimentary gift.
