Bridal designer Trish Peng never fails to surprise and delight with her beautiful bridal collections that capture the imagination. The talented couturier splits her time between LA and Auckland and has just released her latest bridal range called ‘The Bloom’ which is inspired by the beauty of flowers in all their feminine forms.
Peng took her floral inspiration to a whole new level at New Zealand Fashion Week 2017 with her incredible gown made entirely of fresh flowers that took to the runway at the NZ Weddings Magazine show. The collection picks up where that gown left off with delicately pretty appliqué flowers, embroidery and lace carrying on the romantic floral theme which makes for winsome bridal looks. The detailed floral graphics are hand-drawn by New Zealand designer Lauren Earl and add a gorgeous layer of femininity to Trish Peng’s designs.
The charming collection is made of body-skimming silhouettes that flow into mermaid trains with detachable skirts a clever feature of some of the gowns. Brides-to-be can choose from one of Peng’s lovely silhouettes or mix and match features to create their own look, the designer also creates bespoke gowns from scratch for those who want something completely original.
The Bloom Collection 2017 is available by appointment at Trish Peng’s LA and Auckland showrooms.
