Last week we shared the first half of our seminar that was made into a podcast for Sonia Sly’s My Heels Are Killing Me podcast on Radio New Zealand. This week we’re sharing the second half of our future of fashion seminar that took place at New Zealand Fashion Week 2018.
This half features Murray Bevan, director of premier PR agency Showroom 22, Kathryn Wilson, designer and founder of Kathryn Wilson Footwear and Belinda Watt HOD of Fashion Design at Whitecliffe College of Art and Design. Together they discuss the challenges presented by big international brands entering the market in NZ, the importance of relationships in fashion, and positive changes in sustainability and how students are leading the way forward.
