The latest collection from STORM has just arrived in stores and the brand have gone for an elegant take on menswear this season that hits all the right notes. Creative Director Deborah Caldwell has taken her love for all things rock’n’roll and created a range that is sophisticated and feminine but still has her signature edginess. Velvet is the hero fabric for this range and is beautifully utilised in a classic tuxedo-style blazer paired with sleek trousers. A winsome mini dress and soft midi skirt also feature this luscious fabric which is perfect for Autumn.
Black is a staple STORM colour, and let’s face it is a feature in the vast majority of New Zealand women’s wardrobes, this season it’s complemented by gorgeous emerald green, mustard and rich red which are a suitable autumnal colour palette. Luxurious touches come in the form of languid satin slip dresses, cozy faux fur jackets and a new red version of STORM’s iconic biker jacket. Romantic shirred collar dresses that skim the body just so, snuggly knits and modern long-line coats round out this charming collection that confidently builds on the STORM woman’s wardrobe.
