STORM‘s second drop for Spring arrives in stores and online today and it’s a stellar range called Cherry Bomb. The collection is in a similar rock’n’roll vein to the brand’s earlier Spring drop and is consistent with creative director, Deb Caldwell’s signature edgy style. It’s not hard to see the appeal of these vintage-inspired looks which take the rock charm of the 70s and 90s and make it modern and easy to wear for the Kiwi woman to take from office to evening.
A vibrant cherry red makes a beautiful highlight colour for this winsome collection which pops against STORM’s love of black and moody tones. Floral prints, delicate lace and soft ruffles add a sense of romance to this range while distressed denim and black leather add a toughened up sense of style. STORM’s killer leather jacket is a must-have piece from this collection as are the black tops and dresses with studded details that are oh so appealing.
