Fashion PR Company Lily & Louis, offers quite a range of kiwi fashion labels these days including, Andrea Moore, Ketz-ke, Ooby Ryn, Loobie’s Story and Augustine.
Let’s take a quick look at each label for Spring/Summer 14.
Andrea Moore
Andrea Moore’s classic red and quirky prints are back again in the ‘It’s about time’ collection. The little red riding hood jumper was our favourite, closely followed by the jewel singlet and treasure chest dress.
Several pieces have a waxed waterproof finish (perfect for the changeable weather!) and the bright blues and neon yellows make the collection feel like it’s bursting out from the depths of winter, ready to make every woman shine bright.
Ketz-ke
What a pleasure it’s been the last few years to see Ketz-ke grow and the collections strengthen. The Sugar Coated collection is just that – a “riot of relaxed urban shapes sweetened with delicate pastel palettes”.
The collection translates well from day to night, with the soft colours and textures easily pairing with existing items in your wardrobe.
Ooby Ryn
Designer Robyn Brooks takes us all on a trip with the new collection ‘Memory Lane’. The beautiful garments are clearly made with love, passion and quality materials.
Each piece of the collection was designed to fit any lifestyle. There are some truly memorable pieces in this this beautiful collection.
Loobie’s Story
‘A Day in Hanoi’ was inspired by the city of Hanoi, Vietnam and it’s iconic French heritage.
Bold prints and contrasts of colour are splashed all over this collection, and you can feel the contrast of cultures pulling in different directions in each piece.
It’s all masterfully pulled together by Laurinda Sutcliffe who’s done a beautiful job creating striking pieces for women of all ages and sizes.
Augustine
Newly opened on Ponsonby Road, Augustine is continuing to grow as a brand, while always remaining on-trend. ‘Bright Lights and Fairytales’ sees the classic Augustine cuts and colours on display.
Fresh fun fabrics for both day and night adventures can also be found in the ‘Sassy Sidekick’ collection from Charlo, Augustine’s sister brand.
With darker, edgier fabrics and prints, this label is sure to do well with the monochrome crowd.
