1. Skin Concern: Adult Acne
Cause: Out of control hormones such as progesterone and estrogen fluctuations can lead to increased sebum production and clogged pores which is all too common in mums. Stress and sleepless nights can also excaberate this skin condition.
Treatment options:
1. A-Zyme peels, Mandelic acid peels, Microdermabrasion
2. Try not to over treat the affected skin with too many treatments or products as it may overstimulate the skin
3. Use Vitamin A to control oil flow

This treatment is ideal to also reduce skin congestion however is not recommended if pustular acne is present.
