Silk&Steel have two gorgeous new jewellery collections out now and perfectly timed for all those summer events and parties. The first range is appropriately named Socialite and is designer and founder Sarah Cotterall’s favourite collection to date. “Inspired by a recent trip to New York, I fell in love all over again with this effortlessly cool city,” says Sarah. “I wanted to bring it alive in a fabulous jewellery collection, reflecting it’s rock ‘n’ roll upbeat vibe, deco architecture and abundance of energy, which has been injected into a range of everyday rock-glam, modern-deco designs!”
That fascinating inspiration lead Sarah to create a range that is an ode to‘90’s rock glam featuring feminine, tough-luxe designs include pyramid spike rings, earrings and necklaces. Not to mention key pieces that feature her deco inspiration too. The designer has created eye-catching studded rings and dramatic earrings and necklaces featuring gorgeous fringing and gemstones. Socialite is available in Black Spinel, Moonstone and radiant Green Onyx with each piece either plated in rhodium or 14k gold sterling silver.
Superfine sees Silk&Steel create similarly high quality pieces but in smaller more affordable designs that are fun and easy to wear. The range is inspired by nature, travel and vintage, with each design created to be a modern expression of effortless style. The collection features fine stackable rings, necklaces, bracelets and stud earrings which can be layered however you wish to create your own look. Superfine is available in Black Spinel, Rose Quartz and Blue Topaz with each piece either in micron plated in 14k gold and rhodium sterling silver. All Silk&Steel collections are designed by the talented Sarah Cotterall and ethically handcrafted by artisans.
