Silk & Steel‘s stylish new Heritage collection launched online and in stores this week, with gorgeous jewellery that is suitably timeless. The range is inspired by beautiful pieces from Silk & Steel designer Sarah Cotterall’s personal vintage jewellery collection. The chic style of the 60s was the starting point for the range with the designer looking at each decade up until today’s era, refining Silk & Steel’s take on the enduring classic pieces.
A key style from the new collection is the Heritage ring which is a grandfather style signet set with the likes of green onyx or tigers eye adding a retro feel. It’s designed to adorn the hand or be displayed from a chain around the neck. Speaking of chains, the handcrafted Estate chain is a sleek update of the classic fob chain reimagined with paperclip links in necklace and bracelet lengths.
The winsome Legacy Locket is another nod to vintage style, with its 60s inspired architectural design and rectangular shape. It’s a modern heirloom meant for holding those special little keepsakes that you want to keep close to your heart. Each piece of Silk & Steel’s Heritage collection has been carefully handcrafted by artisans and designed to treasure for many years to come.
