Saben have released a lush new Winter capsule collection that is designed to transport you to a relaxing oasis. The range is titled Into Eden and is available in stores and online for a perfectly timed wardrobe update. It’s a gorgeous extension for the brand’s Autumn/Winter collection which launched earlier in the season and sees the reintroduction of luscious hue ivy green.
“For this edit we wanted the return of Ivy to be more than a colour choice but an alternative to perennial black that transcends seasons. The first release for Autumn Winter took us to the Great Outdoors, while this collection lets us escape to other worlds, not accessible by plane, trains or automobiles but to worlds we discovered in books, film and art,” says founder and creative director Roanne Jacobson.
The collection itself features Saben’s covetable mini bag Coco with its elegant metallic feature strap, there’s also shoulder bag Odette and crossbody Odile available in classic black and ivy green. The brand’s popular briefcase size bag Parker is also adorned with the new colour and considering how quickly this bag is snapped up each time it’s released, it won’t be around for long. Those looking for the perfect weekend bag will love the sizeable Roma which fits everything you need for a quick vacation and is a perfect way to complement your Saben bag collection. Minimalists will adore the chic and simple appeal of the Winona cardholder which is an easy way to carry just the essentials.
This collection sees the release of Saben’s delightful Lucky Star Keycharm which commemorates the brand’s 20th birthday which they are celebrating this year. First launched in 2002, Saben has become a beloved brand throughout Aotearoa, known for it’s modern yet timeless collections and appealing blend of practicality and style.
For the new collection the Saben team worked with creative wunderkind, Anahita from concept store Naaytu, to create a visual feast of a campaign that takes you down the rabbit hole and Into Eden. The capsule collection inspires a sense of calm, nestled amongst fantastical fruits and unique objects with a sublime blend of tones that captures the imagination.
