Given the speed of this year so far it will be 2019 before we know it and RUBY have just announced their new sought after diary for the new year. Every year RUBY produce a beautifully detailed diary and this time they’ve returned to co-collaborator Gattobravo, who is a UK-based Illustrator. The resulting diary is a visual feast with RUBY wanting their 2019 offering to ‘celebrate the families you make, the good food you create, and those magical journeys to new places.’

The RUBY team share their six favourite culinary destinations from around the world, along with a favourite recipe from each spot with you. The journey takes in Great White in sunny Los Angeles as well as charming Konoba Maha in Croatia, which is a personal favourite of RUBY’s Creative Director Deanna Didovich as it’s from her family’s village there.  There’s also Masseria Potenti in Puglia, The Apollo in Sydney, the Sherwood in Queenstown and The Engine Room in Auckland. They’re all places that feel like a second home and are visited as often as possible by the RUBY team.

A perfect accompaniment to any journey is a good bag which is where RUBY’s new Market Bag comes in. The brand have collaborated with Rethink, a New Zealand eco-brand offering sustainable bag solutions to create their own sustainable bag in 100% organic cotton.

“We are immensely proud and honoured to be working together with RUBY,” says Lisa Cohen-Smith, founder of Rethink. “As passionate environmentalists this collaboration is a unique opportunity to further highlight our message to rethink every day the choices we make and the impact these have on planet Earth.”

RUBY will gift a Market Bag with any purchase over $150 in all RUBY stores and you can also purchase the Market Bag individually for $13 online or in store.
