It may be chilly temperatures here in New Zealand but RUBY have their sights set on a lush mid-winter holiday with the wardrobe to go with it. The beloved local brand’s first holiday collection hits RUBY stores tomorrow and it’s the perfect edit of pieces that just beg to be taken somewhere warm and dreamy. Designer Deanna Didovich has channeled classic European summer style and created sweet dresses, playful tops and casual skirts and shorts that are right at home in the Kiwi girl’s wardrobe.
Whether your dream destination is the incredible Amalfi Coast, exotic Marrakech or stunning Santorini, you’ll find everything you need for a mid-winter break to the sunshine. The Lemonade Shirt Dress is one of those breezy, easy to wear pieces that is a holiday essential. And it’s impossible not to love the vintage-inspired Capri Crop and Capri skirt in gingham that are beautifully accessorised with a matching headband and bucket hat. The oh so lovely Bianca Crop Blouse and Bianca Minidress in pretty broderie anglaise are not to be missed either.
It wouldn’t be a RUBY collection without winsome accessories to finish off your look and this range has some suitably beachy pieces. Pearls and sea shells feature on cute hair clips and earrings that amp up the summery feel and there’s even a double d keyring complete with daisies.
