Redken believes that your hair is your best accessory and what better way to mix it up for winter than with a brand new colour to match your personality? With Redken Shades EQ your hair stylist can create a temporary look just for you. The nature of Shades EQ means you can try new looks over and over.

The #DoYouShadesEQ campaign is about bringing hair colour to the forefront of people’s lives – it’s a bold reminder to be daring with your choices and not be afraid to draw outside the lines. So Redken has enlisted the help of three influential NZ women- model Ngahuia Williams, lifestyle influencer Ayeesha Taylor and beauty influencer Renee Stewart, to generate buzz and be the faces of this campaign. Working with Redken NZ creative director Mana Dave and the wider Redken team, each of these three women got to create their own bespoke looks, showcasing their individuality and edgy personalities.

“Shades EQ has been part of the Redken colour portfolio for over 30 years and what better way to celebrate the offering than with a local campaign that heroes local faces,” says group product manager American brands L’Oréal New Zealand, Stephanie Guise.

Redken’s Shades EQ is all about versatility. They are demi-permanent hair gloss which is a form of non-permanent colour that fades over the course of a few weeks. So you can change up your look until you find the colour that best suits your personality. It is a hair colour that thinks it’s a conditioner, is ammonia free, adds shine and colour corrects and the best part is that the whole process only takes 20 minutes in the salon!
