Pip Blogs: Ball and Party Shoes

So it’s time to leave the PJs and Ugg boots at home and indulge in something decadent that won’t go straight to your hips.

You may even be lucky enough to attend a wedding in Fiji or the northern hemisphere summer – I’m turning green with envy at the moment seeing photos on Facebook of friends’ weddings in the south of France!

Here’s a selection of classic & edgy heels that will not fail to turn heads whatever the season may be…

Enjoy! x

LACESWOON by Stuart Weitzman – lace is hot for evening shoes, and a statement in itself – this pair features a satin platform and heel, and are similar in style to Kate Middleton’s wedding shoes by Alexander McQueen.

Make them swoon in PLATSWOON – a classic round-toed platform pump in slick patent – the LBD of your shoe wardrobe. Go for classic black or the nude to lengthen your legs if it isn’t not too chilly outside.

Wedges are a great choice if you aren’t too steady on your feet.  BLYTHE by Giblieri is a slimline sexy version with pointed toe and luxe leopard print – complete with matching clutch.

If you really want to dazzle them you can’t go past wearing a pair of glittering gold – like this sparkly LOVERLY by Stuart Weitzman. Also in black for a slightly more understated or black-tie look.

A little leopard goes a long way in this va-va-voom peep-toe platform pump LILLE – which looks just hot with a simple pencil skirt or body con dress they do with skinny jeans.

Peep-toe booties seem to be a slightly more edgy choice for the red carpet – if you can wear them. If you don’t have the legs pair them with black hosiery to keep it looking long & lean..PLY by Stuart Weitzman.

Perforating and laser cut styles are a strong look for the upcoming spring – like this aptly named PERFBOOTIE – gorgeous paired with white – and recently spotted on The Hills star Audrina Partridge.
