I loved her understated, often demure designs, but what I loved more was the fact that there were dresses that were modest at the front, but HOT at the back- think simple black cocktail and maxi dresses with bondage detailing at the back.
Nicole Miller knows how to design a cocktail dress. The black crinkle-cut jersey dresses were so simple, and so sexy.
Interesting detailing took a lot of the looks to the next level, such as a black dress with open sleeve detail.
Special mention must be made of the jewellery especially the big and fabulous cross necklace worn with the first runway look.
There were also lots of super sexy pieces, such as leather leggings, and ruffled mini skirts. Millers looks may be understated, but she doesnt take herself completely seriously. A huge cosy wool poncho was one of the looks that made me smile kind of Little Red Riding Hood, but in Millers signature grey. Millers slightly blingy skull motif was another fun detail it may have been slightly Ed Hardy, but she managed to get away with it!
Millers simple, sexy designs are all class understated elegance at its best.
