Glitter, glitter and more glitter
It wouldn’t be New Year’s Eve without a bit of glitter. This look is super easy to achieve and you can get creative with it too. Dust your eyes, cheeks and lips in glitter for the ultimate party look or take it down a few notches by choosing one statement glitter feature like a red glittery lip or a holographic glittery eye.

Graphic eyeliner
This look may seem hard to achieve but in fact, you don’t have to be a professional makeup artist to nail this look. Simply find a coloured eye pencil you love and trace the top of your lash line and out to the sides like a wing, then bring it up under your brow bone and voile!

Starry eyes
Star embellishments are having a moment this festive season. This look is also super easy to achieve by scattering little stick-on star gems around your eyes, cheekbones and eyebrows or up the ante and add some splashes of glitter onto your lids and in the corner of your eyes for the perfect festival look this New Year’s Eve.

Pops of colour
Colour pops can be a happy medium if you’re looking for a bright makeup look but you don’t want to go over the top. You could opt for a pop of colour on your lids, like an electric orange then keep the rest of your makeup peachy and neutral. Or, choose a bright pink, red or purple for your lips and let them be the focus, keeping the rest of your makeup minimal.

Jet black smoky eye
The classic jet black smoky eye never goes out of style and suits every eye colour to make those beautiful eyes of yours pop. Line your lower and upper lids with black eyeliner then pick a charcoal colour to smudge over your upper lids and a little under your lower lash line. Top it off by dabbing some sparkle on top for the ultimate party eyes.
