The Levi’s x GANNI collection is centred around certified organic cotton and natural dyes
Collaborations between brands are all the rage at the moment. However, for the latest partnership between Levi’s and Danish contemporary fashion brand GANNI, there’s a third partner in the mix – and it’s a little unexpected.
Mother Nature is joining the party. The Levi’s x GANNI collection is centred around certified organic cotton and natural dyes made from plants and minerals. It also focuses on using water-saving techniques in a continuation of GANNI’s efforts to incorporate sustainability into the brand’s production.
The Grow Up campaign features shades of yellow, maroon, lilac, and pink across eight separates, with the muted hues and designs featuring on the GANNI runway at the recent Copenhagen Fashion Week.
The collaboration is the third between Levi’s and GANNI.
“It’s such a testament to the power of working together,” says GANNI creative director Ditte Reffstrup.
“We have been aligned on our visions from the very beginning and we continue to grow and learn from each other. The collection is a perfect mix of signature Levi’s and GANNI elements, and I love the humour-infused campaign.”
American YouTube star Emma Chamberlain and her friends romp through a lush vegetable for the campaign imagery, showcasing silhouettes that are equally at home in the garden and the city.
