Beloved designer Natalie Chan has just released her latest bridal collection called ‘Long Live Romance’ which features a mix of classic and modern styles sure to please any bride. The designer and her team wanted to celebrate the romantic love stories of iconic couples, both real and from classic stories. “We swooned over the love letters exchanged between Zelda and F. Scott Fitzgerald, were captivated by the decades long marriage between Iman and David Bowie, re-watched the fantastic big screen romance of Sandy Olsson and Danny Zuko, and let our hearts run away with the bittersweet story of Prince Siegfried and the Swan Princess Odette,” says Natalie Chan. “We came away feeling utterly inspired by all of the different forms that romance can come in.”

The gorgeous new collection features Chan’s favoured delicately pretty lace, tulle and silk for luxurious garments that are as beautiful to wear as they are to look at. Each piece has been impeccably cut and draped to create flattering silhouettes that allow each bride to shine on their big day. Two piece wedding outfits have certainly risen in popularity in the past few years and it’s a style that Chan has made her own with voluminous skirts paired with semi-sheer lace tops and sequins. The look is romantic yet modern and is enhanced by charming details like floral appliqué and pleating.

Chan and her team bring their expert knowledge to personal consultations and fittings where each bride and her bridal party is offered the best advice. Natalie Chan’s designs are available as ready-to-wear pieces or a bespoke design can be created and a couture dress made by Chan and her skilled team in the atelier above her Parnell boutique.
