Mother’s Day is not far away now and to celebrate the special day Saben are releasing a beautiful series of portraits called Mum’s The Word. The photographs are joyful images of modern mothers with their children including members of Saben’s own team and friends of the brand, that were inspired by the journey of motherhood and how each woman approaches their role as a mother.
“The juggle is so real, and to manage an on-the-go lifestyle requires a handbag that’s game to tag along with its wearer through every planned and unplanned change in their day,” says Roanne Jacobson, Director of Saben, adding that the campaign is intrinsically linked to the design process. The Mum’s The Word campaign features each mum with their chosen bag from Saben’s current collection called Elements.
“It was so inspiring to work with these amazingly talented and successful women, with their family at the heart of it all,” says Saben’s Marketing Manager, Brooke Fairgray, who recently returned from maternity leave. The project was particularly dear to her being a new mother and a wonderful thing to focus on when getting back into the swing of things at work.
