Mi Piaci recently released a new mini-collection for the Resort 2019 season. The elegant range is in stores and online now and is inspired by long summer evenings, dreamy getaways, and ethereal moments. Designer Sarah Street has a knack for mixing of the moment trends with classic styles and a bit of retro inspiration to create fresh collections of footwear that are oh so appealing.
This range features earthy hues of sand, stone and clay along with crisp white and black for a very wearable colour palette. The range also features lots of wonderful natural textures like suede, espadrille and linen on sandals, mules, slides and espadrilles that are stylish and comfortable. Mi Piaci loves a bit of glamour and has drawn inspiration from the bohemian elegance of the 70s jet-set, expansive desert vistas, precious momentos and the relaxed ease of holiday dressing.
The brand’s accompanying resort campaign reflects Mi Piaci’s anticipation for summer’s arrival and was shot on location at Point Chevalier beach. The beautiful rocky landscape perfectly complements the new collection which is the brand’s last major campaign drop for the season.
