Let’s talk lingerie. One of the things in many people’s “hard to find” basket is bras that have a bigger band size, a bigger cup size, or both. No longer do you have to settle for plain black or nude nana bras, there are some super cute options out there with fun prints, bold colours and beautiful designs.

They stock brands like Freya, Fantasie, Panache, Cleo, Curvy Kate, Elomi (my favourite!), Hotmilk and Goddess, and have a wide range of colours and styles. Based in Newmarket, Auckland with a fantastic fitting service, they have been my go to bra shop for many years and they’ve got an online store as well.

With a shop in Albany, Auckland as well as an online store, Rich Lingerie has cup sizes C to K and back sizes 6 (28) to 24 (46). They’ve got a wide range of brands to choose from including Anita, Cleo, Elomi, Fantasy, Freya, Goddess, Gossard, Panache and Scultptress.

If you’re plus size, you are probably already familiar with City Chic‘s clothing but did you know they do intimates as well? They have cup sizes B to J and back sizes 14 (36) to 24 (46), but do note that the larger back sizes are limited to smaller cup sizes.

Ewa Michelak is a Polish bra brand that makes the widest range of sizes I’ve ever seen – they do cup sizes AA to P and back sizes 60 (28) to 140 (60). Their size chart does take a little bit of time to work out (make sure you have a measuring tape at the ready, because I found that is the most accurate way to get the correct fit and I was definitely not the size I had thought I was).

At Figleaves you’ll find bras in cup sizes A to K and back sizes 6 (28) – 30 (52). Their brands include Curvy Kate, Elomi, Fantasie, Figleaves Curve, Freya, Panache, Pour Moi and so many more. I’m pretty impressed at how many options there are with bigger band sizes, I think that Figleaves have one of the best selections for bigger band sizes.
