Knuefermann NZFW 2016

Runway of Knuefermann’s show at New Zealand Fashion Week 2016.

If we were only allowed to wear items by one designer next Winter, we definitely would not be too upset if they all came from Knuefermann. Designer Turet Knuefermann‘s collection shown today in her Fanshawe Street space was incredibly desirable and we will have one of everything please.

Black was the colour du jour of this collection with it appearing in laser cut pieces, Bardot tops, slip dresses, shirt dresses and of course on the high waisted pant. For the coat lovers, the colour-blocked orange and mustard coat needs to be added to your wish-lists. It’ll certainly stand out among the sea of monochromatic coats we typically see each winter, but for those of you who aren’t feeling brave, there’s a beautiful black coat or two to keep you happy.

The standout pieces were the shirts with plunging necklines paired with the immaculately tailored pants. We loved the classic silhouettes blended with the light as air fabrics.

Beauty Look: A light base paired with MAC’s Retro lipstick and layered with their Lipmix in Deep Tone Nude.

Hot Item: All the things. Although if we had to pick just one, the cream and black coats.
