The gorgeous new footwear collections from Kathryn Wilson and Miss Wilson have hit stores with all the right shoes a modern woman needs for Autumn/Winter. “We are hoping to empower a woman to take on the world while wearing our shoes…whether that’s in the boardroom or being a superstar mum or travelling the globe…we see this collection bringing confidence to the wearer while having fun and feeling their best,” says designer and founder Kathryn Wilson.
This season Kathryn has spiced up the classic power dressing wardrobe in style with a stunning collection of her signature shapes and new additions that are truly covetable. Red is a featured hue with vibrant red catching the eye and mulled wine tones adding an elegant feel. Texture is key with studded details, glitter and animal print making a style statement for Autumn/Winter. The charming snow leopard print leather is sourced from Italy and Brazil and features on on-trend western-style ankle boots and sophisticated sling back styles.
It’s no surprise that Kathryn’s inspiration came from the 90’s this season and we could totally see Clueless’s Cher strutting in these heels, especially in plaid or metallics. The designer has gone for some playful heel shapes with kitten heels, rectangular and cylindrical styles all featuring in this range making for lots of versatile choices. There’s also fun trainers that are easily dressed up or down and offer a modern way to keep any outfit fresh and appealing.
The new Miss Wilson collection is all about boots this season with fun styles that were meant for standing out in. Coloured suedes, pink glitter and vibrant animal prints are the perfect way to add interest to your outfit whether you’re off to work or heading for the dancefloor.
Among the new styles is a pair of shimmering gem stone embossed boots that are oh so covetable and will definitely bring a smile to your face. The playfulness continues with heart shaped zips and gold dome details that add to the joyful feel of this collection. A key print is the lolly pink, red and green version of a stylised animal print that is a limited edition and sure to turn heads. Miss Wilson offers its own version of the popular western boot style that features luscious velvet while the new season trainers feature gemstone studs or spirited animal print. There’s a lot of fun to be had in these shoes this season.
