Issue Clothing Company Launch Issue 01

Looks from Issue Clothing's first collection Issue 01.

Putting together a professional look isn't always an easy task but Issue Clothing Company have taken a capsule wardrobe approach to corporate dressing which is simple but elegant. Christchurch women Hannah Burnard and Robyn Pelvin founded the label this year after returning home from overseas and being frustrated by the lack of good corporate clothing for women in New Zealand. "Being busy corporate women we decided to solve the problem by building a shopping experience delivering a seasonal capsule wardrobe," says Hannah Burnard. "The capsule is made up of five on-trend, work-approved pieces that mix and match together as well as with your closet staples."

Their first capsule collection called Issue 01 launched earlier this month for spring and features a grey structured dress, caramel pants, a grey fluted hem skirt, classic white shirt and black blazer. The five pieces can all work together in different combinations or easily adapt into your wardrobe adding another level of versatility to what you already have. Each item is flatteringly cut and made from good quality fabrics so they will last for seasons to come. Each new season the Issue Clothing Company will drop another capsule collection of five pieces with the next one arriving on December 1st.
