A new menswear label called NO ORDINARY launched late last year with founders Ashley Procter and Tom Gibson seeing a gap in the market for their fresh interpretation of sleepwear. The couple embarked on their creative project with the aim of making men’s lives easier by producing responsibly made pieces that are easy to wear yet playful and modern.

The brand’s first collection is named ORIGINS and offers three tailored yet relaxed styles in a selection of linen, silk and cotton fabrics. While they’ve created each design in neutrals of black and white they also wanted to have fun with the collection and offer pieces in pink spots, teal plaid, and blue stripes. NO ORDINARY’s sleepwear is purposefully designed for a more comfortable sleep but they’re also great for daywear as well with the shirts and shorts just as suitable for the beach or BBQ.

The range came about due to Tom’s envy of Ash’s pyjamas and the huge plethora of options available for women but little for men, so the couple set out to create sustainable sleepwear that balances style with ease. They believe that non-pyjama-wearers will be converted once they try NO ORDINARY’s comfortable pieces which are available to shop exclusively online.
