When it comes to skincare we tend to focus a lot of time and spend a lot of money on products for our face, but we often forget to look after necks too. Neck skin is very delicate, it gets quite the workout every day moving our head around – not to mention the constant motion of looking down at our devices, otherwise known as “Tech Neck.” The skin on our neck is also very vulnerable to sun damage and photosensitisation from wearing fragrances, therefore we need to give it just as much TLC as we do the skin on our faces.

Luckily for us, Dermalogica is bringing out a product to do just that – introducing the Neck Fit Contour Serum (RRP: $159).

Caroline Parker, Dermalogica NZ’s Head of Education, says, “The neck is highly prone to premature skin-ageing, yet it is one of the most neglected areas. This coupled with our dependency for our devices only further accelerates the skin-ageing process. The constant looking down at our mobile devices has a big effect on the skin’s structure which leads to sagging skin and deeper horizontal lines.”

The Dermalogica Neck Fit Serum takes care of your neck with high-performance Flex Lift Contour Technology, which acts like invisible mesh to provide a visible lifting and tightening effect. It also smoothes fine lines and helps protect skin against pollution, which can lead to premature signs of skin ageing. The formula also tones skin over time with plant-based science – Rye Seed Extract works with a novel Palmitoyl Tripeptide-42 and Rambutan Extract to deliver Retinol-like results, visibly smoothing, firming and toning the skin. A resurrection plant-inspired polysaccharide helps strengthen skin’s moisture barrier for a smooth, even appearance and Griffonia Seed Extract provides antioxidant defence to help safeguard results against free radicals.

Dermalogica Neck Fit Serum is available online and at retailers across the country from 3rd February 2021.
