Looks from Huffer’s new Autumn 2018 collection. Images supplied.
Huffer‘s new collection for Autumn has dropped into stores and online with the bold range called Certain Uncertainties. It captured everyone’s attention on the New Zealand Fashion Week 2017 runway with its clever references to Huffer’s history (they celebrated their 20th anniversary at NZFW last year) and country meets urban aesthetic.
Brilliant pops of red and emerald green complement a classic colour palette of navy, grey, black, white and blush in Huffer’s signature well-crafted streetwear. The look is effortlessly cool yet oh so easy to wear and the new season silhouettes work well into the Huffer customer’s existing wardrobe. The new season down jackets, denim and hoodies are among the must-have pieces with casual tees, cute skirts and relaxed dresses making for great tran-seasonal dressing. Custom embroidery, retro-style stripes and classic plaid lend a vintage appeal to key styles.
This season’s campaign was shot on the streets of New York by award-winning photographer and director Tom Gould who captured Huffer’s street smart essence on some chilly NY days. The bright reds, blush pinks and washed denim catch the light and attention against the moody glow of the big city that thrums with energy. Huffer is leaping ahead again this season.
