Great Full recently launched their third charitable initiative to raise funds for a great cause and this time they are supporting Cure Kids with some fun children’s pyjamas. The Jams are organic everyday essentials that are comfortable and soft with designs by Kiwi musicians.

Anika Moa, Hollie Smith, Ladyhawke, Neil Finn, Sol3 Mio and Tami Neilson created and donated an original artwork which are printed on the limited edition pyjamas. Each pair is made in New Zealand using organic cotton and water-based inks with sizes for two – ten years old available. There’s long sleeve and leggings for cooler weather and short sleeve and shorts for summer months, with prices starting at $60 a pair.

“Each artist channeled their creativity into a meaningful project that was also fun – I found it amazing that these musicians found so much gratitude in their lives – and spoke about it in relation to this project – when they’ve been faced with relentless cancelled tours and performances due the pandemic,” says Great Full founder Melissa Gardi. “Just like their particular genre of music, these artists show real range. Their jams are colourful, comfy and fun and while kids often wear pyjamas when they sleep, they also wear them when they eat, when they play, when they dance. I can imagine kids listening to their family’s favourite Kiwi music and jamming in their jams!”

All the profits from the sale of the Jams goes to Cure Kids, who fund child health research to help improve, extend and save the lives of Kiwi kids living with serious illnesses from infectious diseases to mental health; respiratory conditions to childhood cancers. While 2022 marks 50 years of Cure Kids, people often aren’t even aware of what it is they actually do and how important their work is.
