The latest release from Glasshouse Fragrances is out now and is a limited-edition winter collection called Humidor. The elegant new range is inspired by gilded glamour and is reminiscent of the theme of the Met Gala this year. The range itself features an appealing trio of sophisticated scents that pay homage to the speakeasies and smoking rooms of yesteryear.

“When it comes to winter fragrances there is nothing better than a scent that transports you to somewhere warm, comforting and sensual,” says Nicole Eckels, Glasshouse Fragrances CEO and Co-Founder. “These incredible scents with their art deco inspired sophistication take you on a journey to a 1920’s delicately smoked and gilded speakeasy. I can’t wait for you to experience the Humidor collection.”

Each of the three fine fragrances has a beautiful blend of nostalgia with a contemporary, smoky twist which is a nod to the ‘humidor’ (an airtight container for storing cigars or tobacco). The collection’s scents include After Hours: Sweet Cigar & Spiced Rum, Heavy Petal: Smoked Tulip & Sandalwood, and Scarlet Nights: Cherry Tobacco and Rich Woods (an online exclusive) which are all available as 380g Soy Candles. There’s also a Heavy Petal Fragrance Diffuser for flameless fragrance too.

The hero scent of the collection, After Hours is all spiced Rum and tendrils of sweet cigar smoke, while Heavy Petal blends smoked patchouli with velvety tulip petals. The collection is rounded out by Scarlet Nights which melds toasty tobacco with black cherries and rich woods.

This latest Glasshouse Fragrances range is a suitably modern take on the Gilded Age of the 1920’s which was all about lavish living. To create these new scents the brand imagined a ‘Deco Diva’, crafting three decadent and dramatic home fragrances she’d indulge in when wanting to escape the humdrum of everyday life. The resulting fragrances are straight out of The Great Gatsby, complete with art deco inspired gilded patterns on the packaging which are accented with shiny foil. Embrace the glamour of Humidor this winter.
