If I was made to choose only one product out of my makeup bag to use for the rest of my life, it would have to be my brow product. I’m a no-makeup, makeup kinda girl – just give me a few minutes in the morning to complete my skincare routine and I’m ready to go for the day. But the one thing I never leave the house without doing is my eyebrows. Some would say I am #blessed to have naturally thick, long and arched eyebrows, so taking care of them is important to me. You’ll be hard pressed to see me out in public without a spoolie brush and a swipe of brow gel to set them in place. Which got me thinking that I should write an article about the best brow products I have come across and why you should try them too, because everyone deserves great brows and there are many amazing products out there that will give you just that.
Kosas Air Brow Clear Lifting Treatment RRP: $37
This new product from Kosas has been hyped up in the beauty world and for good reason. This is my current go to. Crafted with biodegradable plant-based fibres, that boosts and lifts each hair giving that voluminous, brushed up look, without the nasty ingredients. Revitabrow Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner RRP: $159
Revitabrow Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner is a physician developed conditioner designed for eyebrows that need a little help growing, due to environmental or stress factors, over plucking or ageing. The formula contains BioPeptin Complex, with peptides, lipids, biotin, and green tea extract, rich in Panthenol, which condition and strengthen brows to protect against breakage and promote hair growth.
Hourglass Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil RRP: $58
This product by Hourglass gives you the fullness of a powder, but with the definition of a pencil and the hold of a wax. The triangular tip allows you to define the brow with hair like strokes and is super easy to use. The buildable formula allows you to add more definition and the other side of the pencil comes with a handy spoolie for brushing your brows as you please.
MECCA MAX Brow Guru Clear Control Gel RRP: $18
This budget-friendly option from MECCA MAX is a clear serum, designed to glide on with the spoolie wand, without the product flaking off. The formula contains Hyaluronic Acid for added conditioning and is made without animal products – which is always a thumbs up in our books.
