Last Saturday saw the busy hub of Auckland City transformed into a fashion lover’s dream with part of Queen Street closed off to accommodate New Zealand’s Longest Catwalk.
Pre-show entertainment drew the crowds and a styling bar attracted a long line of girls all eager to have their locks dry-styled by the Schwarzkopf team .
The 125m catwalk, zigged and zagged down the middle of the road, giving spectators, both seated and standing, a great view of the show.

In all, 70 looks were presented by retailers from the central city and there was a brilliant mix of designer and fast fashion brands.
Expertly styled by Kylie Cooke with four main themes in mind, it was the perfect event not only to view new season trends but also for visitors to hit the stores straight afterwards and shop the looks for themselves.
