Moochi Winter Dress Week 2014

A quick recap: Moochi Dress Week is in its fourth year now, and word on the street is it’s getting bigger. We mean that literally, on the street because everyday shoppers (not just those in the fashion scene) are starting to talk about it, tweet about it, and Instagram about it.

Moochi Dress Week celebrates everything that’s good about being a girl. That means short dresses, long dresses, preppy dresses, feminine dresses, heck, even jumpsuits.

If you’re a girl in a place like New Zealand these days, you’re pretty lucky. You can creatively express yourself every day through fashion, and Moochi have definitely tapped into that.

For the Winter Dress Week Collection 2014, Kellie Taylor and the team did something a little different. They enlisted the help of five very individual women to help create five new Moochi pieces for the campaign.

The five faces of the Moochi NZ Style Set project are all driven, empowering Kiwi women who live here and overseas.

They strive each day to better themselves and break boundaries in music, fashion, blogging, photography and modelling. Being into fashion, as they are, they all learnt a lot from this experience. It’s one thing to write about fashion at the end of the production line; it’s another to experience it from the beginning.

As clichéd as it sounds the Winter Dress Week Collection really does have something for everyone, and such great starting price points. There are understated silhouettes, all-occasion maxis, and jumpsuits to take you from day to night.

From the NZ Style set, you can choose from a très chic jumpsuit or preppy and casual shifts through to sexier cocktail dresses. Like we said – it has everything.
