Always intriguing, Deadly Ponies take their cue from the eccentric and otherworldly with their new collection Yingo Yango for Fall 2017. The range explores an alternate space with a creative mix of vibrant furs, sci-fi patchwork croc and sculptural new shapes. “I like to think of Deadly Ponies as a beast that is as wild as it is graceful, consistently moving forward and breaking down our own boundaries,” says Creative Director Liam Bowden.
Among the stunning new designs are Mr Piper Croc, Mr Boxette Croc, and Mr Teddy Croc which are handmade from patch-worked, croc-embossed leather. It’s a strikingly different look from their usually soft pieces in deer nappa which makes the new collection all the more fascinating in shades of wasabi, navy, grey and black. The addition of wasabi and black Friesian fur completes the contemporary feel of the range. Yingo Yango arrives in Deadly Ponies stores and online today.
