London-based fashion brand COS will open it’s first New Zealand store at Westfield Newmarket in March this year. The brand is known for its timeless, reinvented classics, with COS designing every piece to last beyond the season. It offers customers a modern yet timeless aesthetic that is inspired by the worlds of art and design.
The COS store in Newmarket will have 439m2 of floor space spread across two levels. It will house the latest season of women’s, men’s and children’s collections with an interior that reflects the brand’s core minimal aesthetic. The store design will be created using locally sourced materials with a custom made steel spiral staircase a feature of the new space. The store will also feature basalt blue stone which is a a volcanic rock found in the Auckland area. It will be perfectly juxtaposed with floor to ceiling windows that will make the space light and airy. Stay tuned for the store opening date soon.
